When you place an order you are agreeing with these conditions:

1-Once the item ordered are shipped to the customer, there is no refund, no return accepted.

2-Terroristkriss cannot be held responsible for lost and damage in transport.

3-If you choose to not have a tracking number on your order, you are accepting the risk that nobody will be able to retrieve your order is case of lost or delayed shipping time.

3.1 -Damage and delay happening in shipping are to be resolved with the transporter.
